Appetizers include Butternut Squash Soup with spiced pumpkin seeds, cranberry crema and olive oil; Kale Fall salad with roasted sweet potato, pomegranate, apple, quinoa, feta and walnut emulsion; and Short Rib Ravioli with braised rib, roasted rainbow carrots, parmesan, sage and demi, Roasted Turkey Breast with dark meat confit, stuffing, roasted garlic mash, green beans, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy serves as the traditional meal. Gianni’s at The Villa Casa Casuarina

This landmark restaurant housed in the former Versace Mansion will serve a four-course prix fixe Thanksgiving menu. The feast begins with a warm Potato and Leek Soup followed by a choice of Cannelloni Spinach and Ricotta served with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese or Gianni’s salad with baby arugula, cherry tomatoes, avocado, onions, cucumber and lemon dressing. The main course features a Roasted Turkey Breast complemented by sweet potato mash, cranberry sauce and stuffing. The decision-making gets harder come desserts with dishes like Cherry Coulis with toasted marshmallow and chocolate ganache or Apple Sponge Cake accompanied with baked apple, caramel sauce, rosemary crumble, cinnamon and whipped cream. Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop

Fireman Derek’s is officially your one-stop shop for all Thanksgiving treats! Sweet seekers can choose holiday favorites like Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Apple Pie, Salted Carmel Pie, Pecan Pie, Carrot Cake and Chocolate Pecan Pie. Pre-order online Monday, Nov. 1 through Sunday, Nov. 21 on the bakery’s website and pick up at either retail store in Wynwood or Coconut Grove. For those last-minute shoppers, not to worry, both locations will have a limited number of pies available through Wednesday, Nov. 24. Fireman Derek’s will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
