Never Break The Chain

Lindsey Buckingham may have gone his own way after more than 40 years with Fleetwood Mac, but the iconic band still knows how to put on a show with style and substance.

The new lineup of Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie, John McVie, Mick Fleetwood and newcomers Mike Campbell and Neil Finn has embarked on a tour of more than 50 cities.

Nicks explained the group's endurance to Rolling Stone: "We don't want to stop playing music. We don't have anything else to do. This is what we do."

Among the lucky venues: the BB&T Center in Sunrise, which rolls out the red carpet on Feb. 20 at 8 p.m. for the group.

The band knew fans would have lots of questions, so it took to its website to explain its new look.

"Fleetwood Mac has always been about an amazing collection of songs that are performed with a unique blend of talents. We jammed with Mike and Neil and the chemistry really worked," noted Fleetwood. "We know we have something new yet it's got the unmistakable Mac sound."

The group, which has sold more than 100 million records, recently celebrated its 50th anniversary.

In November, it released a new 50-song collection that explores the group's entire career, "from its early days playing the blues to its global success as one of the most-enduring and best-selling bands in rock history."

The group - which is no stranger to controversy and change - has embraced its new look.

"Fleetwood Mac has always been a creative evolution. We look forward to honoring that spirit on this upcoming tour," it notes on the website. O
