Mango Madness Returns

Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden can make your mango dreams come true during its annual mango festival. This year, celebrate the king of fruit July 8-9 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Experience endless mango variations through tastings, smoothies and cocktails as well as a farmer’s market, cooking demonstrations, lectures, children’s activities and more.

“The Mango Festival is an event that everyone in Miami looks forward to each year. Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of mango dishes, drinks, and products from local vendors, as well as learn about the cultivation and uses of the tropical fruit,” according to officials at the garden. “The Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden has been hosting the Mango Festival for nearly 30 years, and this year promises to be the best one yet. The event showcases the rich diversity of mangos, with over 100 different varieties from around the world available to taste.”
