The powerful duo, who know a thing or two about living one’s best life, bring positivity and life-changing advice via Oprah’s 2020 Vision: Your Life in Focus Tour, stopping at the BB&T Center in Sunrise on Jan. 4 at 9 a.m.

Designed to galvanize and energize, the event “will help motivate audiences across the country to make 2020 the year of renewal and celebrate all we are meant to be,” notes the venue’s website. “Attendees will spend the day with Oprah as she shares the personal ups and downs of her wellness journey and guides them to develop their own 2020 action plan through motivating conversations, the latest in wellness research and insightful interactive workbook exercises.”

Lady Gaga will be on hand for an intimate one-on-one interview, where she will share some of her secrets to success. And plan to get up and move: There will be a pre-show dance party and a movement workshop led by dancer extraordinaire Julianne Hough.
