Beck has been a prominent insurance defense attorney for 16 years and opened his own firm in 2018. The firm has since grown to 12 attorneys, all who specialize in insurance coverage defense. “I enjoy the legal research and the problem solving,” founder of the firm, Joshua Beck says. “The laws and statutes are constantly changing and there are a lot of different moving parts needed in order to apply the facts of each individual matter to the terms of a policy and how the courts interpret certain issues. We take great pride in being able to articulate and dissect complex issues.”

Beck says, “Being in the courtroom is one of the best parts of the job. It requires a lot of preparation. It’s a team effort. It truly is something special to see all of the hard work and moving parts come together in the end.”
