Owned by Gary and Aracelli Brown, CJM Communities is a family-based business, named after the Brown’s three sons – Christopher, Joseph and Michael.

Our design-build concept thrives on successful collaboration with renowned architects, designers and subcontractors, making each client experience completely unique,” says Gary, co-owner and licensed builder. “Our turnkey system walks our clients through a smooth construction process from start to finish, which separates us from other builders.”
CJM Communities initially started with Gary buying older homes in Palm Beach and Broward counties, redesigning/remodeling and then reselling them.
Word-of-mouth quickly spread about the quality and craftsmanship of CJM Communities’ work and the integrity, customer service and satisfaction provided to each customer. Eventually, CJM Communities took on larger residential subdivisions, commercial buildings and even student housing.
“I am very detail-oriented and a perfectionist when it comes to quality to make sure houses are built to the highest standards and level of craftsmanship,” Gary says. “I love incorporating the most advanced technology and materials, and we strive to stay up-to-date with evolving architectural design and style trends for cool and savvy touches.”
Some unique features include floor-to-ceiling automated sliding glass doors and screens that open with a touch of a button, club rooms with custom wine bars and smart home technology. CJM Communities has built luxury homes in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, Fort Lauderdale and the greater Boca Raton area.
Their real estate brokerage company handles in-house sales of the company’s luxury development projects. The newest project is Oceanside Townhomes South in east Boca Raton, right across from the beach, with furnished models opening this month.
The Browns’ two older sons, Christopher and Joseph, have started a northern division of CJM Communities in Asheville, North Carolina.
