Taking on thought-provoking, challenging interior design projects is what the professionals at Clive Daniel Home (CDH) consider a way of life.

Top interior designers and Aurora Award winners Lanie Aronowitz and Fran Brady are two of the 26 designers who work out of the 70,000-square-foot Boca Raton showroom (CDH also has showrooms in Naples and Sarasota). They have been with the company since its doors opened in January seven years ago. Kerry Pouliot, who serves as Senior Sales & Design Manager, has been with CDH for seven years.

Started by Daniel Lubner and his father Clive, their talented, creative experts go the extra mile in so many ways. “We’re a full-service design firm and can do everything from helping you build your home to buying a chair,” Aronowitz says. “Or, as Clive says, ‘everything from the mailbox to the swimming pool.’”   

“Inspiration starts with our client,” Aronowitz points out. “We use our infinite resources to create custom interiors for our clients and their families.”

‘Inspiration starts here’ is not just the designers’ catch phrase, but their mindset.

“We collaborate with our clients on home renovations, new builds or a simple room refresh,” Brady explains. “Lanie and I work closely with our CAD (computerized auto drafting) department to take our ideas from our hand-drawn designs to amazing computer renderings, which provide the client a snapshot of their new space.”

Both Aronowitz and Brady feel it’s important to understand how their client lives and what their tastes are, so that they can direct the design.

They make it their business to stay ahead of what’s trending in design. What’s trending in fashion often predicts home interior design colors and style.  Inspiration may come from a photo, a piece of jewelry or an interesting shape in nature.

“There’s always new products, innovative materials or techniques by our skilled craftspeople, that can impact a space,” Brady adds.

“We try our best to bring clients’ dreams to life. If they are happy, then we have done our jobs.”
