Jerry Abel Offers Clients Decades Of Customer Experience
Jerry Abel has spent his entire career working in the decorative plumbing and hardware industry. So, it only made sense that when the opportunity presented itself, he would buy his longtime customer’s business – Elegant Hardware in Boca Raton.
“Debbie Miller and I have known each other for many years, and for many years we spoke about working together,” says Abel. “When the owner of Elegant Hardware was forced to close his doors, I decided to purchase the business out of bankruptcy, thus creating Millers Elegant Hardware. I traveled the world, seeing all types of decorative plumbing and hardware showrooms, and I knew the type of showroom that would be successful in the Boca Raton community.”
Abel understands that having a showroom that displays so many different types of products requires not only a vision, but also an understanding of his customers.
“Our customers want what is a trending, a large variety from which to choose and the knowledge that it takes for them to obtain the result they are looking for,” says Abel.
Because many people are spending more time than ever before in their homes, renovations have exploded. For some, it is a coat of paint, but for many, it is a full kitchen and bath remodel.
“This is a time where people want to embrace their homes, and want to create a safe, comfortable, beautiful retreat. We feel blessed to be in this community, and to have the products and the knowledge to be able to deliver our customers’ visions,” Abel says.
The 6,500-square-foot showroom is filled with thousands of products including sinks, faucets, toilets, cabinets and hardware. There are gallery rooms with full vignettes so customers can visualize what it will look like in their home. A team of sales professionals is on hand to assist with any questions you may have.
Debbie Miller, whose family started in the business more than 40 years ago, continues the Miller tradition with exceptional customer service that clients have come to know and expect.
To keep clients safe, Millers has instituted safety protocols with masks required. Appointments are encouraged.
