Gary Slossberg Delivers More To His Homeowners

For decades, Gary Slossberg has been going out of his way to be sure his clients are more than satisfied with his construction projects.Whether remodeling a room or two, constructing an addition, or building a beautiful new home, he goes beyond what is expected to ensure his clients are happy.

“We listen and understand what our clients want and then go beyond that by do-ing something a little extra special at no additional cost to them. This is one of the many things that separate us from the rest of the pack,” says Slossberg, founder of NationalHome Building & RemodelingCorp., a family-owned construction firm in Boca Raton. “We have built and remodeled more than 2,000 residences over the past 44 years, and to date we have never missed a deadline or been late on a closing.” 

Slossberg’s father, Saul, founded the building company in 1975 after moving the family to Boca Raton. Saul passed away last May, but Slossberg credits him for teaching him the business and the meaning of “added value” – surpassing clients’ expectations. 

“While every job is different, everyone wants to be happy and proud of what was accomplished,” he says. “That’s what has led to countless referrals through the years and solidified our great reputation.”

The company’s long list of projects includes 1,200 homes in Boca West Country Club, about 600 homes in The Polo Club of Boca Raton, followed by hundreds more in Boca Grove, RoyalPalm Yacht & Country Club, St. Andrews CountryClub, Addison Reserve and other communities. National Home Building & Remodeling Corp. has also captured the market on remodeling and additions. 

“We were flattered to be asked to remodel a beautiful home in Manalapan for another builder – Bruce Toll, co-founder of Toll Brothers,” he adds.
