Vacation Resorts

As CEO of Rentyl Resorts, Nicholas (Nick) Falcone is a busy man and a disruptor in the hospitality industry. Around the world, Rentyl Resorts blends the comforts of home with the services of a resort. Falcone explains that at an Airbnb, you might get a great house, but it lacks a resort experience. “We combine the best of both worlds,” he says. “Enjoy spacious, upscale accommodations with the amenities of a resort.”

Rentyl Resorts started in 2017. By the end of 2021, they had 450 homes on the Rentyl platform just in Orlando. But by 2022, they had 12,000 homes in over 20 international and domestic markets.

“We’ve achieved a lot in a short time,” he says. “We look forward to continuing that growth in 2023.”

Each luxury resort in the Rentyl portfolio appeals to different guests, whether they want to plan an upscale vacation getaway, family reunion or corporate retreat. Guests get conveniences like a private pool, kitchen and home theater. They can also enjoy housekeeping, onsite restaurants and bars and 24-hour concierge service. Plus, they can access water parks, sports fields and facilities, in-home chefs and spa services. “We guarantee that your residence will have access to resort amenities,” says Falcone.

It’s all about finding your perfect fit. For example, locally you can stay at the Hilton Bentley Miami Beach or Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach. Head north and enjoy the private cottages at Margaritaville Resort Orlando. Love golf? Stay at the famed Bear’s Den Resort where the three golf courses were each designed by a golfing legend — Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson and Arnold Palmer. “At the core, we are family centric and family oriented,” says Falcone. “People can come together under one roof. We’re helping facilitate that family reunion or momentous occasion like a wedding.”

Falcone earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University. He runs the business with his two younger brothers, Matt and Daniel. “We all have different skill sets that complement each other well.”

Falcone has big dreams for Rentyl Resorts. “Anywhere that people want to travel, we want to have a dot on the map.”
