“We live like a 50-year-old brand-new club,” Merbler says. “Our members are provided with the most modern and up-to-date amenities with more than $50M in improvements either completed or underway.”
Since the pandemic, the club has enjoyed a resurgence in membership, with a strong demand for the private club lifestyle from a younger membership.
“We’ve probably moved our average age downward in the last three years by 5 years,” he explains.

“The majority of our members come from the Carolinas, DC, Chicago and international markets such as Canada, not just the Northern tri-state area and are some of the friendliest in South Florida,” Merbler adds.
