Greenhouse Offices is the vision of Marc Wigder, founder and managing principal. A real estate attorney by trade, Wigder took over the office building ten years ago and reimagined it with a focus on eco-friendly practices.

“We installed an energy management system and the energy costs went down immediately by 30 percent,” Wigder says. “We also installed motion sensor lights, timers and photo sensors on all common area lighting to reduce electrical consumption, revamped motors, pumps and our HVAC system, used highly reflective paint and tinting and all these initiatives keep the buildings very energy efficient.”

A cafe was added so tenants don’t have to leave for breakfast or lunch. Occupancy rates consistently hover around 98%.

With that growth — and more demand for more flexible and hybrid office space following the COVID-19 pandemic — Wigder continues to expand the Greenhouse Offices campus, offering more flexible class A office space in Boca Raton and has expanded the company to other cities across the country as well.

“This is good news for Boca Raton because we want companies to be able to stay and grow here,” Wigder says. “This type of office space is the hybrid model of the future and I am happy to make these investments in my community.”
