Renowned golf course designer, Gentleman Joe Lee, designed the course for the nation’s first Golf Digest School, which began here in 1973. Other notable golfing greats – such as Jeff Sluman, Gary Woodland, Bob Toski, Jim Flick, Beth Daniel, David Frost, David Hearn and charter club member Jack Nicklaus – have polished their games on The Seagate County Club’s greens.

Today, members of The Seagate Country Club continue to perfect their game with help from an impressive staff of golf pros, including the legendary Craig Harmon, ranked by Golf Digest as the 22nd best teacher in America; Darren Panks, head golf pro and International PGA Professional; Andy Anderson, a 20-year resident PGA Professional; and Whitney Young, who has multiple NCAA conference championships under her belt.

In addition to an incredible staff, The Seagate Country Club’s deep history, coupled with its constant state-of-the-art upgrades, provides an atmosphere for game play that’s second-to-none.
