Investments Limited, the region’s largest privately held real estate management company, is celebrating its 50th anniversary through its landmark “Boca Community Collective – for the Greater Good” campaign. The initiative aims to foster community spirit and support local nonprofits focusing on health, housing, hunger, education, children, families and the arts.
Having donated more than $50 million to local nonprofits over the past 50 years, Investments Limited’s giving back campaign is one of Boca Raton’s most comprehensive fundraising initiatives. Nonprofits such as Place of Hope, Tri-County Animal Rescue League, PROPEL, Boca Raton Police Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Aid to Victims of Domestic Assault, Changing Lives, American Cancer Society and Make-A-Wish are a few of the many vital causes that will receive donations through the collective.
Residents and businesses are invited to donate to the diverse nonprofits (and nominate one) and double their impact. Every dollar donated will be matched by James and Marta Batmasian, founders of Investments Limited and the Batmasian Family Foundation — for a total combined donation goal of $300,000.
“As we celebrate 50 years since starting Investments Limited, we wanted to emphasize the importance of community and giving back. We started with very little and have built our company over the years with a tireless mission to improve the community around us and support organizations in need,” express the Batmasians. “With the Boca Community Collective, we hope to create a lasting impact that reflects the spirit of unity and generosity that has been the cornerstone of our company and this region.”
As the City of Boca Raton enters its 100th anniversary, Boca Community Collective empowers businesses and residents to join together in one common goal.
