The Boys & Girls Clubs Of Palm Beach County’s Annual Fundraiser Was A Success
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County announced that its 6th Annual Securing Our Future Soirée, held on Oct. 25 at Boca Raton’s Woodfield Country Club, raised over $326,000.
The event featured a Great Gatsby theme with signature cocktails, action stations, entertainment and silent and live auctions. Proceeds will support the nonprofit’s hunger relief initiatives and fund operations at its Boca Raton Club location.
Event chair Michelle Hagerty, who returned for the second year, expressed her gratitude: “It was more than an honor to be asked back for such an incredible event that benefits the Boys and Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, an organization that means so much to the community. There was such love in that room, and it showed in the generosity of the attendees. Thank you so much to our generous sponsors for their support and to the Woodfield Country Club for helping make this Great Gatsby theme become a reality.”
Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County President & CEO Jaene Miranda shared her appreciation: “As we approach [the] holiday season and think of delicious meals to come, we can never forget the thousands of kids and families facing food insecurities, which is a serious issue in Palm Beach County. This event will make a massive difference to so many in our community and special thanks go to Michelle and Michael Hagerty for their tireless support of our organization and especially with this Securing Our Future fundraiser.”
