Boca Raton Museum of Art celebrated its opening of the Reginald Cunningham: Black Pearls exhibit.
Sept. 2. Cunningham is a photographer dedicated to celebrating the Black American experience. This exhibition of his commissioned portraits of residents of Boca Raton’s historic Pearl City neighborhood — who are also descendants of the original families who settled there in 1915 — are now part of the Museum’s permanent collection. The Museum Block Party was a Boca Chamber Festival Days Event.
