Chris Shutters returns to Arts Garage
Join us for a night of playful rock and blues with The Chris Shutters Band! Chris Shutters returns to Arts Garage, where he will be performing hits from his latest album “Shutters” (released in 2020) and “Good Gone Bad” (released in 2019), currently ranked at #11 in the Living Blues charts. His performance will consist of a harmonious blend of blues and rock, taking moments to highlight the talents of each individual and their respective instrument in the band.

Two-time BSBS National Blues Champion, Songwriter and Producer, Chris Shutters is the founder of the Chris Shutters Band and was also the frontman, lead guitar and vocalist for the Classic Rock Band ‘Mountain’, famously know for their hit song ‘Mississippi Queen’. He is also currently performing in ‘Music at Cream’ as the lead guitarist and vocalist alongside Will Johns (Nephew of Eric Clapton). He tours internationally with 8 world tours under his belt. He has three albums, ‘A World Apart’ (2009), ‘Laugh and Roll the Moon’ (2013) and ‘Good Gone Bad’ (2019). He released a live album with his band, November 2017 titled ‘Live at Howard’s’ in Bowling Green, OH. His latest album ‘Good Gone Bad’ is a collaborative blues album with blues legend, Jimmy Burns. This album is currently ranked #13 in the US, #9 in Italy and #1 in Australia on the Blues Charts.
Shutters was awarded ‘Best Artist’ in three different cities in the US; four times in Toledo, OH, once in Chicago, IL (2010 and was nominated for a second in 2012) and Austin, TX (2013). He is currently working on another US tour with 9th world tour.
