Join us for a CinderHIIT workout targeting the full body with a combination of timed resistance training and cardio intervals for a fast and efficient workout that will leave you feeling strong and powerful. After your CinderHIIT class, THesis Wellness Ambassador, Bianca Natali (200RYT), guides you through a CinderYOGA stretch & cool down.

ABOUT CINDERFIT

During the pandemic, a few friends were determined to maintain their exercise routines even though gyms were closed and home fitness equipment was sold out.

With some cinder blocks they had in their backyards, the workout buddies discovered that cinder blocks could be used for a myriad of different exercises. The CinderFit workout was born, and more and more people started to join the weekly meetups.

WHERE

Located at the chic architecturally designed Paseo within THesis Hotel Miami, a communal gathering space located at the intersection of Coral Gables, South Miami, and Coconut Grove. After class, unwind and recharge at Mamey Restaurant.

Parking is available in the parking garage entrance through US1 or PaybyPhone across the street from the hotel entrance. Parking will be around $3-10 with these options depending on duration of stay.
