The Betsy Hotel is pulling out all the stops to commemorate Juneteenth (June 19) with an evening of live jazz performances. Hosted by the soulful jazz duo The Harden Project, the open-to-the-public event will take place on Wednesday, June 19, from 6-11 p.m. at the hotel’s Piano Bar (formerly known as the Lobby Bar). Known as a haven for jazz aficionados and foodies alike, The Betsy’s Piano Bar will set the stage for the musicians to captivate guests in a groovy celebration of African-American emancipation. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the soulful sounds while sipping on handcrafted cocktails at The Piano Bar or indulging in a sit-down culinary experience at the lobby’s adjacent New American restaurant, LT Steak & Seafood, helmed by the award-winning Chef Laurent Touroundel.
