This New Year's Eve, Lionfish, the Delray Beach hotspot known for modern coastal cuisine, is hosting the ultimate celebration including a four course 'mix-and-match surf-and-turf' prix fixe with open bar and midnight champagne toast. Revelers can feast on a curated menu and groove to tunes by DJ Fono from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Seatings start at 8:30 p.m. Menu items include:

Amuse - Caviar toast "eggs in a blanket"

First Course includes choice of:

Surf - Scallop Sashimi, Burnt Citrus, Pickled Daikon, Asian Pear, Citrus Kosho Agua Chile

Turf - Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Crunchy Garlic, Horsey-Wasabi Cream, Scallion

Second Course includes choice of:

Surf - Clam “Royal” Pasta, Spinach Ricotta Agnolotti, Dill, Clam Broth

Turf - Duck Confit Pasta, Fresh Pappardelle, Wild Mushroom, Duck Jus

Third Course includes choice of:

Surf - Sea Bass, White Butter Sauce, Caviar, Chive

Turf - Wagyu Striploin, Market Asparagus, Tarragon, Bearnaise

Dessert includes choice of:

Assorted mini dessert bites

Petit Fours - Key Lime, Espresso, Raspberry White Chocolate, Marzipan

Pricing: $225++ per person. Limited bar tickets are available for $100++ and include bar seating only, bar bites and open bar. Guests can also add an open bar ticket to Rosewater Rooftop at the nearby The Ray Hotel after dinner for $200++ which includes premium open bar and fireworks views.
