The Restaurant at the Norton, the immersive museum restaurant by the culinary masters at Constellation Culinary Group, will host a decadent dinner in partnership with Alonso Guerrero Wine. The five-course meal, complemented by beautiful garden views, will take place on May 18th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Guests will travel through a culinary journey to experience the versatility of Alonso Guerrero’s portfolio of vintages, including the Malbec varietal from the famed Medoza, Argentina wine region.
The all-inclusive dining experience will feature plates developed by Executive Chef Jair Solis with influence from his childhood in Peru and his career in the United States. Each dish will include a pairing selected by the Alonso Guerrero team of expert winemakers.
The multicourse dinner includes a prix fixe menu, including the C&C Tin, with crab salad and paddlefish caviar, followed by Charred Brussel Sprouts cooked with braised pork belly. For the third course guests will sample the l House Made Fettuccine, a flavorful combination of crab, truffle corn cream and crispy mushrooms. The star of the show, the Steak Aligot, is a sous-vide hanger steak served with aligot potato, bordelaise sauce and crispy potato. End the evening with a Chocolate Semifredo topped with fresh berries.
