This the is Second STAR Networking Luncheon (Supporting Treatment Access and Resources) on Friday, Nov. 8th 2019 from 11am-3pm at the Boca Marriott at Boca Center. Our first luncheon in the Spring was a success with a sold out attendance of 300 people. Our goal behind these events is to bring a great group of professionals and community members together—to learn, grow their businesses and leave the event with knowledge and inspiration. We are growing this series of events with speakers from all over the country who share stories of recovery and hope. Whether you work in healthcare, have been affected by drugs or alcohol, or just want to learn more about the Opioid epidemic and what we are doing about it in our communities, this event is for you!
Attendees include treatment center executives, clinicians, legal professionals, educators, law enforcement, government officials, and key stakeholders in the community. Former Professional Athlete and Wellness Advocate Chris Herren is our keynote and we also have Jackass Film Star and MTV Personality Brandon Novak.
