South Florida has welcomed many breweries in recent years, but the minds behind Crazy Uncle Mike's hope to break the mold with their new concept.
The East Boca venue, spanning 9,000 square feet, serves up craft beer, chef- driven cuisine and live music all under one roof. It's helmed by entrepreneur Mike Goodwin; brewmsater Corey Wilson; and Executive Chef Tara Abrams, formerly of JEY Hospitality.
Via the innovative, steam-powered brewhouse, Wilson creates eclectic beers blending Florida ingredients and international flavors, including the Buddha Hand & Yuzu Wit ale and the Café con Leche stout.

Chef Abrams' full-service kitchen focuses on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Menu highlights include Purple Potato Skins, with bacon, sun-dried tomato, crème fraiche and salmon roe, and the Pork Belly Tacos, with kung pao glaze, pickled slaw, cucumbers, cilantro and sesame seeds.
What else do guests have to look forward to? Live music on a dedicated stage, a boutique wine program, breakfast-for-dinner dishes, daily happy hour specials and a laid-back environment. However, rest assured that - while the atmosphere is casual - the food, drink and music are all taken very seriously at Crazy Uncle Mike's.
