Almond Palm Beach is back.
The bistro, which celebrated its grand opening shortly before the pandemic, has reopened, and artisanal delights are ready and waiting.
The dinner-only menu – renowned in its outposts in Manhattan and Bridgehampton, New York – features updated classic French cuisine, ethnic street food and more. Fare at the Palm Beach locale showcases ingredients sourced from local growers, including Holman’s Harvest and Swank Specialty Produce.

Among the hearty seasonal dishes: Steamed Black Mussels with Shallots and White Wine as well as Roast Chicken with Hand-Crushed Potatoes and Natural Jus. Don’t miss the nightly specials, including Roasted Whole Fish on Wednesdays and Saturdays and Rack of Lamb on Sundays.
Libations are plentiful, from specialty cocktails to craft beers to wine from Long Island, France and California. Leave room for a house-made dessert like the Warm Sticky Toffee Date Cake or the Buttermilk Panna Cotta.
“The simplicity of the menu, the ingredients from local farmers – along with the friendly, laid-back atmosphere and adherence to the philosophy that, the less a chef does to an ingredient, the better – is sure to make Almond a Palm Beach favorite,” notes a press release.
We can certainly believe it.
