The luxury boutique hotel SLS South Beach is now home to Elcielo Miami’s second restaurant.
Its original location in Downtown Miami has an established reputation for excellence, having earned its first Michelin Star in 2022.
The menu is from Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos, aka ‘Juanma,’ offering Colombian-inspired cuisine with a fusion of flavors.
“Unlike Elcielo Medellin, Bogotá, Washington D.C., and Brickell in Miami; this is going to be our first foray into Elcielo a la carte,” says Barrientos.
The new Elcielo South Beach restaurant will feature an exquisite menu showcasing Barrientos’ visionary creations, as well as a variety of sensory experiences with one-of-a-kind flavors and textures. Among its signature dishes, guests can savor warm Truffle Buñuelos, crispy Crab Empanadas infused with Caribbean spice and Barbecue Pork Ribs with tamarind and guava.
