Food and beverage impresario Paolo Domeneghetti and Martino de Rosa, owner of the internationally recognized La Filiale in Italy, have teamed up to bring the culinary treasures from the Riviera’s of Italy, France and Spain to Miami’s Buena Vista neighborhood.
La Màrtola offers a variety of family-style meals alongside the famous Neapolitan pizzas from La Filiale. For seafood lovers, there are Island Creek Oysters, Bluefin Akami Tuna Tartare and a Smoked Salmon Club.
Try the Grass-fed Lamb, made with ascolane olives, cremini, aioli and Sicilian EVO oil or the Fiorentina Steak, a 21-day dry-aged porterhouse made with rosemary, oregano and Tuscan EVO oil.
There are nine varieties of wood-fired pizza, from the simple Libretto topped with tomatoes, garlic and oregano to the Vesuvio made with cheese, tomatoes, nduja (spicy pork sausage), oregano and lemon zest.
“La Màrtola is the culmination of our passion for dining that is casually elegant, creatively simple and uniquely familiar. We highlight the simplicity and quality of classics, blending tradition and innovation to create a space that inspires the art of savoring life,” says Domeneghetti.
La Màrtola also offers guests and extensive wine list by the glass or bottle, spirits and classic cocktails, as well as a gelato program curated by Italian master gelato maker Simone Bonini.
