Miami’s beloved Peruvian restaurant, CVI.CHE 105, is expanding its reach with a new location at Town Center in Boca Raton. Led by renowned Chef Juan Chipoco, this exciting addition offers a feast of traditional Peruvian cuisine, from ceviches and tiraditos to Lomo Saltado (a beef and vegetable stir fry), creative sushi rolls and much more.
Menu highlights include Papas A La Huancaína (native potatoes bathed in Andean yellow pepper cream), Causa Limeña (Peruvian potato mixed with yellow pepper and lime juice, topped with chicken salad, avocado and yellow pepper sauce), Hamachi Tiradito (sliced Hamachi marinated with ginger, soy sauce and hints of truffle oil) and Lomo A Lo Pobre (tenderloin with onion, tomato, yellow pepper and cilantro).
CVI.CHE 105 also offers sharable dining options for the whole family. There’s the Trilogía de Ceviches (a combination of three popular ceviches: classic, rocoto sauce and yellow pepper sauce), Chucuito 105 (Hamachi tiradito Nikkei style, octopus tiradito, Peruvian scallops and whole lobster) as well as Seco Chiclayano (boneless short rib braised with chicha de jora, cilantro, loche (Peruvian squash) and black beer, served with beans, white rice and steamed corn).
