Starting Nov. 13, Rose’s Daughter is unveiling an exciting new addition with the debut of its lunch menu. Known for its vibrant take on traditional Italian cuisine, this Delray Beach beloved trattoria is now inviting diners to enjoy a midday dining experience, featuring delicious creations by Chef Suzanne Perrotto.
Famous for its handcrafted pizzas and homemade pastas, Rose’s Daughters’ new menu highlights include Steak & Eggs Baguette with Wagyu scallopini, bacon, egg, onion jam, fontina and rosemary and garlic butter; Sage-Roasted Turkey Club Focaccia with lettuce, tomato, Pecorino, bacon and pesto aioli and Italian Stallion — an artisanal charcuterie plate with Pecorino, pickled peppers, lettuce and oregano vinaigrette.
All sandwiches are served on housemade baguette, focaccia and naan from talented Pastry Chef Megan Lee, who’s also the creative force behind the decadent desserts and baked goods at sister restaurants Brulé Bistro and The Pantry.
In addition to the new lunch menu, diners can enjoy Rose’s Daughter’s signature pizzas, pastas and fresh salads. The restaurant’s cocktail menu is available during lunch, featuring a curated selection of handcrafted drinks, including Negronis and Aperol Spritzes, alongside a wide variety of wines.
