In its 35 years of existence, the unthinkable has finally happened. The FAU Owls advanced from the Elite Eight in the NCAA men’s basketball tournament, aka March Madness. After kicking off the Kansas State Wildcats on Saturday, March 25, through a fast and aggressive play, they are expected to play for the 2023 National Championship Game in Houston this weekend.
With just two wins away from being national champions, for Head Coach Dusty May and the Owl’s squad, “there is still work to be done in Houston, Texas,” states FAU Sport’s website.
