After years of eager anticipation, country music superstar Blake Shelton is finally making his return to South Florida with his headlining tour, “Back To The Honky Tonk,” at the Hollywood Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on July 27.
Kicking off in February, the second leg of his critically acclaimed 17-date tour spans the U.S. and Canada. It delivers a two-hour-long show packed with hits like “Come Back as a Country Boy,” “All About Tonight” and his 2001 debut single that secured the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart for five consecutive weeks, “Austin.”
Throughout his 20-year career, Shelton has accumulated an impressive 28 No. 1 singles, sold nearly 15 million albums and earned over 12.5 billion global streams, according to the venue’s website. His accolades include six Academy of Country Music Awards, three American Music Awards, 10 Country Music Association Awards, 11 Country Music Television Awards and six People’s Choice Awards.
Shelton was on the Emmy Award-winning television show “The Voice,” where he coached singing contestants until 2023. Aside from his music career, he is a restaurateur and noted humanitarian, having raised millions of dollars for children’s hospitals, disaster relief organizations and food banks. He is married to singer Gwen Stefani.
