Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals impacted with chronic health challenges, including HIV, by providing pathways to wellness. We welcome people of all backgrounds, genders, races, and sexual orientations. We serve individuals with no income and no insurance as well as individuals who are fully insured and have income. Our goals are simple: to support the health and stability of each individual who walks through our door with a plan unique to their goals.
Broward House embraces a responsibility to be a leader in the community. This leadership is actualized through prevention, education, and service to reduce the number of individuals becoming infected by HIV, increasing the number of individuals living with HIV receiving care, and reducing stigma in our community.
While Broward House began its mission by providing housing, and it remains a core component of services, it is realized that individuals require and array of support services for true healing to occur. It is this philosophy that has led to the expansion to a full array of support, behavioral health, prevention, and health care services.
