Dining: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available daily throughout the year. The Polo Club has five full-service restaurants, as well as additional dining options.
- The Crown Room will serve as a dining venue during Phase 1 of the renovation. In addition to your favorite cocktails, wines by the glass and selection of beer, The Crown Room will offer an a la carte dinner menu. A selection of salads and appetizers, along with our burger bar, and incredible sushi offerings will be served.
- Steeplechase features a Mediterranean menu focusing of healthy, but flavorful, seafood, meats and a raw bar.
- American Bistro offers global comfort food with the kitchen having a full wok station for asian dishes.
- The Craft Kitchen menu features artisan burgers, sizzling fajitas, Asian-inspired dishes, and our sushi chef prepares some of the finest plates in South Florida. Diners can also enjoy a wide selection of bourbons, whiskeys, and tequilas.
- Barefoot Café is the poolside dining venues offering fresh garden salads, sandwiches, small plates and open for dinner in season as well.
- During Phase 1 of the renovation, The Laurels will transform into the club’s main dining space. The Laurels will offer a lunch buffet as well as an a la carte menu with a selection of brunch items, signature sandwiches, and deli favorites. Dinner will also include an a la carte menu with our burger bar and variety of signature entrees, as well as our popular rotation of themed buffets.
- Polo’s brand new Patisserie is now open in the former Lower Valet hut. Chef Devin and his team are preparing fresh baked goods, gourmet coffees and teas, house-made ice cream and gelato, fresh juices and smoothies for pre and post-workout recovery, and delicious salads and bowls. All items are available on the go, or you can sit and enjoy outside the Spa & Fitness building in the new seating area.
- Traditions Lounge is the club’s preferred Happy Hour gathering place.
- Decadent ice cream treats are provided at the classic Mom-and-Pop-inspired Chill.
