Vincent Gaudioso has always been in the know. As a businessman from New York City in the printing business for over 25 years to a successful real estate career in South Florida, “Vinnie G” has always put himself in the position to be the go-to guy.
In 2019, after moving from New York City with his family, he realized there was a need and want for a special kind of business only a small few would be able to start and be successful in. And so, a business was born.
Maxx is a boutique concierge Home and Estate Management company serving gated and country club communities, beachfront and estate homes in Boca Raton and all around South Florida.
Their top priority is giving homeowners, snowbirds or part-time residents peace of mind knowing that their home is taken care of when they aren’t present.
“For any client I’ve met who is interested in hiring me, I walked out with a signed contract and a new happy client,” says Gaudioso.
When you get a subscription with Maxx, your home will be checked in on weekly, biweekly or monthly. Depending on your contract, they can handle a long list of services. Gaudioso has added personalized concierge like having cars picked up and delivered from state to state, being a project manager overseeing pool and construction projects and booking a private plane to fly in his VIP clients. “I love the gratitude I get for the little things.”
Additionally, in 2007, Gaudioso founded Innovative Garage Systems, where he designed, organized and built high-end custom garages featuring lifts, custom cabinets, TVs and more. His work was even showcased on the TLC show “Moving Up,” where he appeared as a guest designer.
“With my company Maxx, I can oversee and manage everything,” says Gaudioso. “I pride myself on trust, details and customer service. I am available 24/7 for my clients and just a phone call or text away during major home emergencies. Being in someone’s home is a lot of responsibility. “They’re truly trusting me with their lives and that’s the peace of mind my clients expect!”
