Debbie Venezia and Shari Cohen
Estate Planning Attorneys
Planning is a necessary part of life. Do you have updated Florida estate planning documents? Who will make healthcare decisions if you are unable to do so? Who will pay your bills and handle your finances? Who will take care of your special needs child? These are questions that should be answered before it’s too late.
The attorneys at Shari Cohen, P.A. create legal documents to make your wishes come true. The firm handles estate planning, trust administration and probate.
They treat their clients as if they were family. Education is key in empowering clients to make sound decisions for themselves and their families. The team is responsive and coordinates efforts to impart trust, clarity and follow through. They are available to address any changes that occur in their lives and modify the documents to reflect those changes.
“Our goal is to ensure that there are directives in place should one have to face incapacity, as well as, when the time comes to distribute their assets,” says Shari Cohen.
Clients hail from Pensacola to the Keys, but primarily Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, and range in age from 18 to 100.
“More than ever, young families are preparing documents for themselves and for the benefit of their minor children,” says Debbie Venezia, an attorney with the firm, who feels that referrals are the best compliment. They also pride themselves on the strong relationships they establish with their clients. The firm attributes its success to their client relationships.
The firm aligns itself with a number of charitable organizations in the community, including Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, Trustbridge Hospice Care, Hanley Foundation, and the George Snow Scholarship Fund just to name a few.
