“I wanted to grow up to be a lawyer the way a kid wants to be a cowboy or astronaut,” says Maschler, who soon realized he could use what he learned in law school to help others purchase their dream home. “Knowledge is the power, that’s where my power comes in,” he says.
Maschler started Signature Real Estate Finder, LLC 10 years ago. Today, as a Broker, he works with 15 real estate agents who sell everything from small condos to multimillion-dollar properties across South Florida.
“Agents wanted to work for me and I love the idea of taking an agent under my wing and making them better,” he says of his decision to become a Broker.

When he’s not selling houses, Maschler is lending his support to several charities. He is on the board of directors of Frank McKinney’s Caring House Project Foundation. “If I am making my career selling to the richest people in the world in South Florida, as my gift back I am providing housing for the poor,” says Maschler.
He also is on the board of directors of the George Snow Scholarship Fund, which in 2020 presented Maschler with its annual Community Service Award. And, he is on the board of directors of Yashar LaChayal, an organization that provides humanitarian support for Israel’s soldiers.
