Office Managing Director Brett Schneider specializes in and is board certified in labor and employment law. Recently, he has focused on timely issues such as counseling employers on minimizing liability for sexual harassment claims by developing policies and conducting training and guiding employers on a new crop of issues surrounding the legalization of medical marijuana.

Marc Solomon heads up the firm’s corporate practice, providing trusted counsel to businesses throughout their life cycles. He assists business owners from inception through growth and development and excels at crafting profitable exit strategies.

Drew Demers is the office’s commercial real estate and lending guru, representing banks, commercial property owners and investors in real estate and asset-based transactions and related disputes and in all stages of the lending cycle, from origination through disposition. 

Andrew Maurodis andAnthony Soroka, Boca Raton-based partners, represent governmental entities and have the expertise to represent businesses that deal with government.
