When hunger strikes, toss your anchor and head for 1000 North in Jupiter.
This waterfront gem's sumptuous seafood and other fine dishes celebrating modern American regional cuisine are served up with a primo view of the iconic Jupiter Lighthouse.
Dinner here is divine - from tempting appetizers (Charleston She-Crab Soup or Prime Steak Tartare, perhaps?) to an array of entrées, including Dover Sole and Grilled Rack of Lamb.
The chefs put just as much flair into their lunch menu. With selections like the Steak and Fries, with pistachio chimichurri; Prime Rib Sandwich; Red Quinoa and Bean Burger; and the Tavern Dog, a "Chicago-style" Wagyu hot dog, there's an option for everyone. Want something light? An array of salads like the Greek, Cobb and Kale deliver rich flavor without the guilt.
"1000 North is the perfect location for a power lunch," says developer Ira Fenton, "but it's also a great venue for friends and family to combine creative food, world-class service and that waterfront view we all came to Florida to enjoy."
Seating options include a dining room, a relaxed tavern and an outside terrace with the appeal of a private club; the 350-foot dock makes the venue a lure for boaters.
"We wanted to give guests something they can't find in our area - an experience many people travel to Miami or New York to get," Fenton explains. "We're bringing that to Jupiter and topping it off with a beautiful waterfront view of the Jupiter Lighthouse."
1000 North is located at 1000 N. U.S. Highway 1, Jupiter. For more information, call 561-570-1000 or visit 1000north.com.
