Riviera Mayan Theme Benefits Boys & Girls Clubs Of Palm Beach County

In its 21st year, Barefoot on the Beach continues to live up to its reputation as the must-attend event as the Palm Beach social season culminates. More than 400 guests will hit The Breakers Palm Beach, Beach Club on April 14 to celebrate an evening in Riviera Maya.

“This event is always a fun way to wrap up the busy Palm Beach social season. It’s a more laid-back, fun event that benefits so many children in our community,” says Barefoot on the Beach Co-Chairman Brooks Bishop.

Joining Brooks as Barefoot on the Beach co-chairpersons are Olympia Bishop and Wilder and Jason Regalbuto.

“I am honored to be part of Barefoot on the Beach because of the Clubs’ mission to help children reach their full potential. Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County does such tremendous work to improve the lives of thousands of children, which is a cause that’s critically important to me,” explains Wilder Regalbuto.

Joining Olympia, Brooks, Wilder and Jason on the committee for Barefoot on the Beach as Honorary Chairmen are Maura Ziska Christu, Margaret Duriez and Kayla and Taylor Collins. Founding Chairmen are Reid Boren, Tommy Quick and Wally Turner. Craig Gibson, Jr. is Junior Chairman.

Grand benefactors are Olympia and Brooks Bishop, Wilder and Jason Regalbuto, Olexa H. Celine and Tom Quick. The Corporate Sponsor is Meyers Auto Group.

The evening helps raise programming funds for each of Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County’s 20 Clubs, which provide a safe haven for children ages 6-18 during non-school hours. The Clubs serve more than 10,000 mostly at-risk children, who find positive role models, learn healthy values and participate in challenging, fun programs including educational, sports, arts, STEM and much more.
