Impact 100 Palm Beach County’s Speaker Series Features Remarkable Women

Impact 100 Palm Beach County (PBC) presents the Impact Talks Speaker Series, an enlightening showcase featuring leading women who have built impressive careers while prioritizing the importance of commitment to their community. The remaining Speaker Series events will take place on Jan. 17 and Feb. 20, 2024 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at BRIC Presentation Hall in Boca Raton.

On Jan. 17, guests will step into the world of diagnostic radiology with Dr. Kathy Schilling, M.D., a renowned board-certified diagnostic radiologist specializing in breast imaging. With a career spanning 30 years at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Schilling serves as the Medical Director of the Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute. Learn about her journey, experiences and dedication identifying innovative imaging and interventional techniques, including new advances in breast cancer detection utilizing artificial intelligence (AI), all of which make a substantial difference in breast healthcare.

On Feb. 20, guests will immerse themselves in the world of neo-traditional design with Ashley Whittaker, a distinguished interior designer based in New York City. Known for her modern take on traditional design, Whittaker’s work is characterized by classic taste, chic sophistication and engaging use of color and pattern. Her achievements have graced the pages of The New York Times, Veranda, Southern Living, Coastal Living and most notably, on the cover of House Beautiful on six separate occasions. Discover her journey, insights and the inspiration behind her flawlessly curated interiors.

Impact 100 PBC connects, engages and inspires women to improve our community by collectively funding multiple $100,000 grants to nonprofits that implement high-impact initiatives in southern Palm Beach County. The Women of Impact have given over $6,000,000 to our local community since its inception in 2011.

The Impact Talks Speaker Series events are free and open to the public.
