Tour Six New Luxury Condos Rapidly Changing The City Skyline

by

Thanks to a recent boom in luxury condo construction in South Palm Beach County, buyers have some very tempting options to consider.

Resort-like amenities abound, ranging from pampering spas and inviting rooftop sundecks to designer interiors, high-speed elevators, boat slips and even electric-car-charging stations.

Prices may be steep, but developers say buyers are loving the gorgeous views, enviable locations, low maintenance and all those luxury amenities that make living the good life a breeze. Join us on a tour of six properties changing the local skyline.

Boca Beach House

The groundbreaking for Boca Beach House – a four-story, 32-unit luxury condominium on Lake Boca Raton and across from the Boca Raton Resort & Club – is slated for this summer. With 10-foot ceilings and large terraces, units will range from two to five bedrooms with anywhere from 3,402 square feet to 7,508 square feet of living space. Developers Key International and Integra Investments bought the 3-acre site from the Blackstone Group three years ago.

“Boca Beach House is uniquely set on one of the last developable waterfront parcels in east Boca Raton,” says Liliana Paez, CEO of Key International Sales and sales director of Boca Beach House. “We’ve thoughtfully curated every element of the project to cater to buyer needs for both privacy and convenience.”

Active types will love the private 14-slip marina; yoga practice area; fitness center; spa with sauna, steam and treatment rooms; and aqua room to store paddleboards, kayaks and fishing equipment. On the other hand, sun worshippers will revel in the lakefront relaxation deck, offering a pool, a Jacuzzi, daybeds and lounge chairs as well as an outdoor gazebo with a kitchen, a TV and a lounge area.

Meanwhile, all Boca Beach House residents can live the luxe life thanks to five-star concierge services. And, if they pay dues, they’ll be able to use the resort’s restaurants, golf courses, pool, spa and tennis courts. A complimentary initiation fee to the resort is included with the purchase of a unit.

Pricing: $3.5 million to $9 million

111 First Delray

In an effort to fill a condo void amid the renaissance in downtown Delray Beach, developers Felipe and Manuel Vergara built 111 First Delray, one block south of Atlantic Avenue. The condo opened in October with 68 one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 800 square feet to 1,700 square feet, and two retail spaces on the ground floor.

Amenities at the boutique condo include a fitness center as well as a pool deck offering cabanas, chaise lounges, tables, grills, TVs, a billiards table and a firepit. Owners and guests will have plenty of places to park their cars, and electric-car-charging stations are available.

Those who own a condo at 111 First Delray will be able to access the temperature, music and other features of their homes from their smartphones or tablets.

And, since Delray Beach is a very Fido-friendly city, it only makes sense that 111 First Delray is, too.

Eighty percent of units have already been sold.

“Buyers are looking for something convenient, beautiful and contemporary, and 111 First Delray does not compromise anything,” says Felipe.

The condominium, he adds, “integrates smart home features that facilitate day-to-day life, an aesthetic and functional design, and resort-like amenities with low monthly HOA dues.”

The nine-story boutique condominium has just 48 units, including six penthouses. The residential complex, boasting the latest luxury equipment and technology, is being built by Group P6, the same developer behind nearby 327 Royal Palm.

Residences, which have three to five bedrooms, range from 2,425 square feet to 7,168 square feet. City, water and golf course views are offered, and each unit has two secured underground parking spaces.
