‘Cheeseburger’ In Paradise

Growing up in Los Angeles, Assaf Hadad heard all the stories about In & Out and its tasty cheeseburgers.

The problem? They weren’t kosher. Fast forward a few years and Hadad, who owns the kosher pizza concept Foozo and the Israeli café Hadekel 1, came up with a solution.

It’s dubbed 6 Pack Burger — and the menu features burgers — and more burgers. Located in Aventura, it’s a fast-casual smashburger concept.

“Burgers are smashed to order and made with meat ground in-house, topped with vegan-friendly cheeses (or no cheese) and their very own homemade secret sauce,” notes a press release.

Diners can choose from several types of burgers along with fries (regular or topped with caramelized onions and secret sauce) and oat-milk and kosher ice cream shakes (including vanilla, chocolate and a tahini flavor topped with halva).

There are single and double patties, and even a vegan one with an impossible meat patty.
