South Florida's obsession with burgers is still going strong, and a new contender has entered the fray: The Beauty and The Beeeef at The Mall at Wellington Green in Wellington.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, the venue has an industrial vibe, complete with street art murals and funky vintage decor. The globally inspired menu ranges from grilled burgers and gourmet sandwiches to salads and poutine - a whopping 20 varieties of it.

"We're just three guys from Montreal who are sick of the cold," says owner and restaurateur Sam Salah, according to a press release. "We're ready to enjoy South Florida and share our passion for comfort food, cocktails and culture. Palm Beach County has terrific energy, and we know The Beauty and The Beeeef will be a nice complement to an already awesome area."

Salah says that everything about their restaurant concept is over the top, "from reinventing classic cheeseburgers and crafting cool cocktails to spelling 'beef' with four vowels. If a guest can correctly guess what each 'e' stands for, then their meal is on the house. That's just how we roll."
