One of the biggest trends sweeping the hospitality industry is "vibe dining" - which combines restaurant and nightlife experiences in one hip environment.

Want to try it out yourself? Visit the new Seek + Find in Coral Gables. Run by owner Kevin Gouchee and Chef Frank Imbarlina, the venue combines mixology, gastronomy, art and music in an industrial setting evoking Manhattan or Brooklyn. The 200-seat space, housed in a historic two-story building, features a second-floor terrace; alfresco seating at street level; and a VIP area, Room 25, complete with plush seating.

"Seek + Find is where curiosity meets discovery," says Gouchee, according to a press release. "It's a place to gather, engage and celebrate with an enticing menu of unique culinary delights, expertly crafted cocktails and a social experience."

Those culinary delights include such dishes as Duck Confit Tacos, with frisee, sauce à l'orange and potatoes; Alligator Tail Corn Dogs, with mango ketchup and Creole remoulade mustard; and Wild Boar Medallions, with a citrus and chili glaze, creamy Southern succotash and roasted sweet potatoes.

Save room for the innovative cocktails, like the signature S+F - a combination of whiskey, amaretto, Angostura bitters, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white foam, served in an ice snifter. We'll drink to that.
