A World Of Flavor

Sadelle’s, MB Supper Club Offer Culinary Delights At The Boca Raton

by

The Boca Raton’s revamp wouldn’t be complete without tempting new dining destinations. Meet Sadelle’s at The Boca Raton — which has sister restaurants in New York’s Soho, Las Vegas and Paris — and the MB Supper Club.

At Sadelle’s, diners will find “quintessential classics for breakfast and lunch,” including the eatery’s popular bagels, sliced-to-order salmon and sturgeon, chopped salads, sandwiches, French toast and crispy potato latkes.

Dinner at the indoor/outdoor restaurant located harborside is just as tasty — with dishes such as roasted chicken and grilled branzino.

The menu isn’t the only thing that is alluring here. “The design preserves the historic Garden Room room’s architecture — its dark wood beams and Spanish Colonial window arches — while wrapping the walls in Sadelle’s signature blue lacquer paneling to create the feeling of a European patisserie,” notes a press release.

The MB Supper Club is a traditional supper club with a modern twist.

“A nod to the gilded age of supper clubs in the 1930s and 1940s when high society frequented coveted establishments for dinner and a show, MB Supper Club features classic continental cuisine, masterfully crafted cocktails, and live entertainment in a timeless setting,” notes a press release. “MB Supper Club’s menu is a contemporary interpretation of the classics, served from silver carving carts and presented on The Boca Raton’s original plate ware from the 1950s.”

The main dining room is complemented by a lounge with additional seating and a bar — and those who desire an al fresco experience will want to head for the Spanish Terrace where they’ll dine under bistro lighting and starlit skies.

Diners can indulge in starters such as Oysters Rockefeller, Crab Louie or the Russian Style Caviar Presentation before they enjoy signature main dishes such as Filet of Beef á la Wellington (carved tableside for two) with Mushroom Duxelle, Brioche, Celery-Pomme Purée, Cognac Reduction and Crispy Duckling a’ la orange with Apricot Wild Rice, Glazed Carrots, Orange Gastrique.

“Cocktails are equally enchanting as the dishes, with each beverage shaken, stirred, and swirled with great aplomb,” notes the press release. Signature cocktails include the Florida Grapefruit Martini, Rum Old Fashioned and Honey & Sage Gin Fizz.

Desserts are elevated here as well — as evidenced by the Baked Alaska, with Frozen Lemon Yogurt, Raspberry Sorbet and Italian Meringue, prepared with great fanfare tableside.

Sadelle’s and MB Supper Club are open exclusively to resort guests and members of The Boca Raton Club.
