Branching Out

Swank Specialty Produce – which we love for its uber-fresh offerings – is kicking off the season with something new: an onsite farmers market.

Although Swank has made its mark in other greenmarkets, this is the first time the Loxahatchee farm is hosting its own. More than 25 vendors will be offering their wares, along with live music, Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The 8,500-square-foot spot has plenty of space for visitors to socially distance while perusing everything from fresh seafood, organic meats and eggs, gourmet cheeses and homemade pasta to decadent baked goods, prepared foods, ice cream and plants.

Among the vendors at the family-friendly event: Paulie’s Pasta, Circle C Bar Dairy Goats, Creamed Honey Co., Olive Oil of the World and Frik and Frak Foods.

Swank Specialty Produce is a 20-acre hydroponic farm with 350 varieties of pesticide-free vegetables, edible flowers and micro-greens.
