Enjoy Omakase Experience

A new dining experience awaits at Sushi By Bou in Fort Lauderdale.

The recently opened restaurant offers omakase in a chef-driven venue. “The seasoned sushi chefs serve guests directly, guiding them through the meal, providing a truly exclusive and personalized experience,” notes a press release.

“Sushi by Bou offers a timed omakase experience where the choice of sushi is left entirely to the chef. The chef is free to be innovative, even surprising in the dish offerings of the freshest of fish, locally sourced or brought in from all over the world. The elegant cuisine is complemented by a craft selection of handmade cocktails, imported sake and rare Japanese whiskeys.”

Selections include Hamachi (yellowtail); Botan Ebi (spotted prawn); Ikura (salmon roe); Hotate (scallop); O-Toro (fatty tuna); Unagi (barbecue eel); and Wagyuni (‘surf and turf’ featuring wagyu topped with uni). 

The intimate omakase bar is limited to 10 seats per hour and features a fun disco theme.
