Located inside the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa, the 115-seat venue echoes its beachfront locale via decor like rigging accents, historical fishing photos and nautical artifacts.

But this isn’t your average seafood joint. The menu is quite eclectic, serving classic flavors and seasonal plates with surprisingly modern twists, including raw bar delicacies, island seafood creations and Far East–spiced main plates.

Choose from seafarer selections like the Island Seafood Stew, in a Thai curry broth over coconut rice, while landlubbers will revel in the Chairman’s Dry-Aged Bone-In Rib Eye, with compressed Yukon potatoes, rainbow chard and a red wine reduction.
