The Blue Dog Cookhouse & Bar Brings Elevated Experience To Boca Raton

by

The Manhattan-based eatery, known for its classic and innovative dishes, is right at home at its new South Florida spot.

“Blue Dog was designed to be the type of place where guests can enjoy an elevated yet approachable dining experience that is as ideal for date night dinners, or cocktails with friends, just as it is for a family birthday party,” operator Elizabeth Slavutsky said in a press release. “Boca Raton is an amazing city with a population that appreciates fine fare and hospitality. I believe we will take the dining experience to a whole new level.”

Corporate Chef Yanna Slavutsky and Executive Chef Chris Barre execute a tempting array of choices. Among them: a selection of East and West Coast Oysters served with peach mignonette and cocktail sauce; Grilled Octopus with farm potato, yuzu chimichurri, and blistered cherry tomato; Tuna Pizzete; Ahi Tataki; Bone Marrow Crab Cake, Braised Short Ribs with horseradish mashed potato and crispy Brussels sprouts; 32-ounce Prime Tomahawk or 48-ounce Porterhouse for two and Lobster Mac & Cheese with Maine lobster, tomato blush and toasted panko.

Libations are just as enticing: Craft beers and a selection of wines join the cocktail choices which include The Promise of Paradise (vodka shaken with lychee lemongrass cordial, fresh lemon juice, and finished with prosecco) and Della Costa (Plantation Pineapple rum, fresh pineapple juice, Apertivo Select, house made rhubarb bitters and fresh lime).

The Blue Dog Cookhouse & Bar Boca Raton is located at 6000 Glades Road, Ste. 1008C. For more information, visit bluedogboca.com.
