Carrot Express Serves Up Healthy Offerings In Boca Raton
With a moniker like Carrot Express, this new Boca Raton eatery is sure to garner interest.
The venue — which recently opened its first outpost outside Miami — is dedicated to serving healthy fare.
“Carrot Express is all about bringing our healthy menu to every neighborhood in the world. We were drawn to Boca Raton because it’s one of those great hubs where people are passionate about taking care of themselves and eating right,” founder Mario Laufer said in a press release. “Carrot Express is all about food that makes you feel good that’s beneficial for your body and soul. Our menu has something for every kind of dietary restriction including a wide range of salads, smoothies, bowls, wraps, gluten free, vegan, fresh pressed juices, smoothies and more.”
Also offered: Lily’s Date Shake, Avocado Toast topped with tuna or salmon tartare, Healthy Burger Bowls and a Vegan Picadillo Bowl.
The 1,700-square-foot locale — the company’s eighth — offers indoor and outdoor dining.
