Looks like 305 is about to be the new area code for Flavortown!

After a successful launch at Disney Springs last year, Food Network personality and restaurateur Guy Fieri and Planet Hollywood restaurateur Robert Earl are bringing their Chicken Guy! concept to Aventura Mall.

 “I know the good people of Miami love the real deal because some of my favorite ‘Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives’ joints are in the area,” Fieri noted in a press release. “So I couldn’t be more stoked to bring them Chicken Guy! at Aventura Mall. Real deal chicken tenders, 20-plus killer sauces and a whole lotta fun. Welcome to Flavortown, Miami!”

At the fast-casual venue, opening soon, each chicken tender will be hand-pounded; antibiotic-free; and brined in fresh lemon juice, pickle brine and buttermilk. Whether grilled or fried, the pieces of chicken can be served in sandwiches, skewers or salad bowls.

Sides won’t ever be boring. Diners can chow down on Chicken Guy Fries; Mac Daddy Mac ’n’ Cheese; and Fried Pickle Chips, served with buttermilk ranch sauce. 

As for those killer sauces? The 22 options will include Donkey Sauce, with mayo, roasted garlic, mustard and Worcestershire; Peri Peri, with roasted red bell peppers and chilies; and Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ.
